Payments, Reschedule & Cancelation Policy

Payment rule (Live sessions): Invoice is due upon receipt and no later than 24h before the session. Unpaid by T-24h > booking is automatically released.

≥24h: Free reschedule/cancel › full refund
< 24h – Late reschedule: One-time new slot within 14 days + £20 / €20 /
200 TL admin fee (Late reschedule admin fee is non-refundable)
‹ 24h – Cancel: 50% retained
No-show / 15+ min late: 100% retained
10-min grace; session still ends at the scheduled time
