Astrology & Divination Services

This Refund Policy applies to astrology, tarot, numerology, live consultation, written, audio, and related personalised services purchased through the Simgology website.

Prices are set in GBP unless otherwise stated. The total amount payable will be displayed before the client completes the purchase. Where payment is displayed or processed in another currency, the converted amount, the applicable exchange rate, and any currency conversion charges may be determined by Stripe and/or the client’s payment provider.

Due to the personalised nature of Simgology’s services, the following cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms apply, subject always to the client’s statutory rights.

1. Statutory Cancellation Rights and Work Already Begun

By completing a purchase and providing express consent at checkout, you expressly request that Simgology begins providing the service immediately and before the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period.

If you submit a valid cancellation request within the statutory cancellation period after work has begun but before the service has been fully performed, Simgology may retain or charge a proportionate amount for the work completed up to the time the cancellation request is received.

Work may include birth data verification, chart or numerical calculations, research, preparation, analysis, interpretation, drafting, structuring, report creation, audio preparation, consultation preparation, or other personalised work related to your order.

Any proportionate charge will be reasonably calculated by reference to the nature and extent of the work completed before the cancellation request was received. Where a proportionate charge is applied, Simgology will provide a reasonable summary of the work completed and the basis on which the charge was calculated.

A proportionate charge does not constitute the purchase of a partially completed report or create an entitlement to receive incomplete drafts, research notes, internal calculations, working documents, audio drafts, or partially prepared materials. These remain internal working materials and will not be delivered following cancellation.

Once the service has been fully performed, where you expressly requested early commencement and acknowledged that your cancellation right would be lost upon full performance, your statutory right to cancel ends.

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

2. Completed and Delivered Services

Subject to applicable statutory rights, refunds are not available once a service has been fully performed or completed, including:

Completed written reports
Completed live consultations
Delivered audio recordings
Other completed or delivered personalised services

Refunds will not be issued solely because a client disagrees with, is dissatisfied with, or does not personally resonate with an interpretation, provided that the service has been delivered as described and with reasonable care and skill.

Astrology, tarot, numerology, and related services are interpretative in nature. No specific outcome, prediction, or future event is guaranteed.

3. Live Consultations: Cancellation, Rescheduling and Attendance

Live sessions require advance booking and full payment.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellation requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation will be considered in accordance with the client’s applicable statutory rights and the amount of work already completed. Any refund may be reduced by a reasonable proportionate charge for preparation or other personalised work completed before the cancellation request was received.

Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation are generally non-refundable, subject to the client’s statutory rights.

Sessions missed without prior notice are forfeited and are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

One reschedule is permitted per booking where the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation. Additional rescheduling requests may be declined at Simgology’s reasonable discretion.

If a client arrives late, the consultation may still end at the originally scheduled time. Late arrival does not automatically entitle the client to an extension, rescheduling, or refund.

4. Cancellation or Non-Performance by Simgology

If Simgology cancels a live consultation before it takes place, the client will be offered a replacement appointment or a refund for the part of the service not performed.

If Simgology is unable to complete a written, audio, or other personalised service within a reasonable alternative timeframe, the client will be offered an appropriate refund for any part of the service not performed.

This does not affect the client’s statutory rights.

5. Technical Issues

If a consultation is interrupted by a technical issue, Simgology will make reasonable efforts to continue or reschedule the affected part of the consultation.

Where a technical issue prevents Simgology from providing the service and the service cannot reasonably be completed or rescheduled, an appropriate remedy will be offered in accordance with the circumstances and the client’s statutory rights.

Simgology is not responsible for technical issues caused solely by the client’s device, internet connection, software, or failure to access the meeting details. However, Simgology will make reasonable efforts to assist where practicable.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Raise a Refund Concern

Cancellation requests and refund-related concerns must be submitted in writing:

The request should include sufficient information to identify the relevant booking or order.

Simgology may request additional information where reasonably necessary to review the request.

Submission of a cancellation or refund request does not constitute an acceptance of liability or a guarantee that a full refund will be issued. Any refund will be assessed in accordance with this Refund Policy, the Terms & Conditions, the work already completed, and the client’s applicable statutory rights.

Any goodwill refund offered beyond the client’s statutory entitlements is at Simgology’s discretion and does not create an obligation to offer the same remedy in future cases.

This Refund Policy forms part of Simgology’s Terms & Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between this Refund Policy and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions will apply, subject always to applicable law and the client’s statutory consumer rights.
