Astrology & Divination Services and Non-Personalised Digital Products

Effective Date: 11 May 2026

Last Updated: –

1. Nature of Services

All astrology, tarot, numerology, and related services provided by Simgology are personalised interpretative services.

Simgology may also offer non-personalised digital products, including downloadable guides, workbooks, templates, and other pre-created digital content. These products are distinct from personalised services, even where a personalised service is delivered digitally as a written report, audio recording, PDF, or other electronic format.

These services and non-personalised digital products are provided for:

  • personal insight
  • self-reflection
  • educational and spiritual exploration

They are not:

  • medical advice
  • psychological or therapeutic treatment
  • legal advice
  • financial or investment advice
  • business advice
  • diagnostic services

Nothing provided during a consultation, written report, audio recording, or other service should be relied upon as a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from an appropriately qualified or licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional.

Services and non-personalised digital products are provided for interpretative, educational, and personal development purposes and should not be relied upon as factual statements or guarantees of future events.

If you require professional support, you must seek a licensed practitioner.

2. Interpretative Nature of Services

Astrology, tarot, numerology, and related divination services are interpretative practices and are not regulated professional services.

All insights are subjective interpretations based on symbolic systems and are not statements of fact.

Simgology does not guarantee outcomes, predictions, or future events.

3. Client Responsibility

By purchasing a personalised service or non-personalised digital product, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You understand that all decisions you make following a service or use of a non-personalised digital product are solely your responsibility.
  • You will not rely on any service or non-personalised digital product as the sole basis for life decisions.
  • You understand that no outcome is guaranteed.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simgology is not responsible for losses arising solely from a client’s personal decisions, actions, or reliance on interpretative guidance. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

4. Prohibited Topics & Ethical Boundaries

Simgology reserves the right to refuse or terminate a service if:

  • A client seeks advice intended to harm another person.
  • A client requests medical, legal, financial, or investment instructions.
  • A client requests guaranteed predictions.
  • A client is in a vulnerable mental or emotional state requiring professional support.

Simgology does not provide:

  • Specific medical instructions (e.g., “have surgery”, “stop medication”).
  • Specific financial directives (e.g., “buy/sell investments”).
  • Legal instruction.
  • Advice encouraging harm to self or others.

5. Service Commencement & Statutory Cancellation Rights

All services are personalised services supplied by Simgology in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

By completing a purchase and providing express consent at checkout, you expressly request that Simgology begins providing the service immediately and before the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period.

If you cancel within the statutory cancellation period after work has begun but before the service has been fully performed, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the work completed up to the time your cancellation request is received.

Work may include birth data verification, chart or numerical calculations, research, preparation, analysis, interpretation, drafting, structuring, report creation, audio preparation, consultation preparation, or other personalised work related to your order.

Any proportionate charge will be reasonably calculated by reference to the nature and extent of the work completed before the cancellation request was received. Where a proportionate charge is applied, Simgology will provide a reasonable summary of the work completed and the basis on which the charge was calculated.

A proportionate charge reflects the personalised work and services carried out up to the time the cancellation request is received. It does not constitute the purchase of a partially completed report or create an entitlement to receive incomplete drafts, research notes, internal calculations, working documents, audio drafts, or partially prepared materials. These remain internal working materials and will not be delivered following cancellation.

Once the service has been fully performed, where you expressly requested early commencement and acknowledged that your cancellation right would be lost upon full performance, your statutory right to cancel ends.

To request a cancellation, please contact Simgology by email at hello@yourastrosimgology.com or via the website contact form.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

6. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking before any consultation preparation, analysis, report creation, or other work relating to the purchased service begins.

For live consultations, the booking is confirmed once the client has selected an available date and time through Simgology’s online booking system, completed the required booking form, and payment has been successfully processed through Stripe.

The client will receive booking confirmation and the relevant Google Meet access details following successful payment.

For written, audio, or other non-live services, the order is confirmed once the required form has been completed and payment has been successfully processed.

For non-personalised digital products, the order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Access or download instructions will be provided electronically in accordance with the applicable product description.

Prices are set in GBP unless otherwise stated. Where payment is displayed or processed in another currency, the converted amount, applicable exchange rate, and any currency-conversion charges may be determined by Stripe and/or the client’s payment provider. The total amount payable will be displayed before the client completes the purchase.

6A. Non-Personalised Digital Products and Downloads

Non-personalised digital products sold or supplied by Simgology through its website, Beacons store, or another authorised third-party platform include downloadable guides, workbooks, templates, audio files, and other pre-created digital content supplied electronically.

This section does not apply to personalised astrology, tarot, numerology, or related services merely because the completed service is delivered digitally as a PDF, written report, audio recording, or other electronic file. Those purchases remain personalised services and are governed by Sections 5, 7, and the applicable service description.

Where a client requests access to non-personalised digital content before the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period, Simgology will obtain the client’s express consent for supply to begin immediately and the client’s acknowledgement that the right to cancel will be lost once supply begins.

Subject to the client’s statutory rights, change-of-mind refunds are not available once supply of the non-personalised digital content has begun following the required express consent and acknowledgement.

Nothing in this section limits the client’s statutory rights where digital content is faulty, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

The client is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased non-personalised digital product for private, non-commercial purposes. Such products may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, resold, uploaded, published, licensed, or commercially exploited without Simgology’s prior written permission.

7. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Due to the personalised nature of Simgology’s astrology, numerology, tarot, and related services, the following cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms apply:

  • Subject to any applicable statutory rights, refunds are not available once a service has been fully performed or completed, including completed written reports, completed live sessions, and delivered audio recordings, provided that the service has been delivered as described and with reasonable care and skill.
  • Where a valid cancellation request is made after work has begun but before the service has been fully performed, Simgology may retain or charge a proportionate amount for the work completed up to the time the cancellation request is received, in accordance with Section 5.
  • Refunds will not be issued solely because a client disagrees with, is dissatisfied with, or does not personally resonate with an interpretation, provided that the service has been delivered as described and with reasonable care and skill.
  • Missed live sessions without at least 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to attend without notice may result in the session being forfeited.

Submission of a refund request does not constitute an acceptance of liability or an agreement to issue a refund. Any goodwill refund offered beyond the client’s statutory entitlements is at Simgology’s discretion and does not create an obligation to offer the same remedy in future cases.

8. Delivery

Non-personalised digital products will be delivered electronically through the applicable sales platform, download page, confirmation email, or other method stated in the product description.

Written reports, audio recordings, and other personalised deliverables will be provided within the timeframe stated in the applicable service description or at the time of purchase.

Delivery timeframes may be extended where the client provides incomplete or inaccurate information, delays in providing required information, or requests changes that affect the scope of the service. Simgology will communicate any material change to the expected delivery timeframe.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal data provided (including birth data) is:

  • Treated as confidential.
  • Used solely to process the purchase, deliver the purchased service or non-personalised digital product, provide customer support, and otherwise as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Shared only where necessary to provide or administer the service, comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

Client data is stored securely in accordance with UK data protection principles.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the birth data they provide is accurate.

Simgology processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simgology shall not be liable for losses arising solely from a client’s personal interpretation of, reliance upon, or decisions made following the interpretative guidance provided, including relationship, business, financial, emotional, or other personal outcomes.

Simgology does not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of the client’s statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms affects the client’s statutory rights.

11. Intellectual Property

All written reports, audio recordings, interpretations, and other materials provided by Simgology remain the intellectual property of Simgology.

Clients are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access, download, store, and use purchased materials for their own private, non-commercial purposes.

Without prior written permission from Simgology, clients may not:

  • Reproduce or distribute the materials
  • Publish or share the materials publicly
  • Sell, licence, or commercially exploit the materials
  • Edit or repurpose the materials for public or commercial use

Nothing in this section prevents a client from retaining and privately using materials supplied as part of the purchased service.

12. Refusal or Termination of Service

Where Simgology refuses or terminates a service before it has been fully performed, any refund or proportionate charge will be determined in accordance with Sections 5 and 7 and the client’s statutory rights.

Simgology will provide a reasonable explanation for the refusal or termination, except where doing so would be unlawful, unsafe, or inappropriate.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this section deprives a client of any mandatory consumer protections available under the law applicable to them.

14. Delays, Technical Issues & Events Beyond Our Control

Simgology will not be responsible for reasonable delays or temporary interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including illness, internet failure, platform outages, or technical disruption.

Where possible, Simgology will notify the client and offer a revised delivery date or replacement appointment. If Simgology is unable to provide the service within a reasonable alternative timeframe, the client will be offered an appropriate refund for any part of the service not performed.

15. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Simgology may:

  • Provide relevant evidence to the payment processor, including evidence of the client’s consent, work completed, communications, and service delivery;
  • Challenge a chargeback where Simgology reasonably believes that the payment dispute is inaccurate, improper, or inconsistent with the service provided; and
  • Seek recovery of unpaid sums or losses where legally entitled to do so.

Clients are encouraged to contact Simgology directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that any concern may first be reviewed and, where possible, resolved.

16. Recording Policy – Live Sessions

Live consultations may not be video-recorded, screen-recorded, or otherwise visually captured in any form without prior written consent from Simgology.

Clients may make an audio recording of their session for personal use only.

Audio recordings:

  • Must not be materially edited or altered in a misleading manner, published, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.
  • Must remain private and for personal reference only.

Any unauthorised distribution, public sharing, or commercial use of session content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Simgology reserves the right to terminate a session immediately if an unauthorised recording is detected.

Simgology will not record a live session without informing the client in advance and obtaining any consent required by applicable law.

17. Emotional & Psychological Disclaimer

Simgology does not provide psychological assessment, crisis intervention, emergency support, or mental health services.

If you are experiencing emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, or a mental health crisis, you should seek immediate assistance from an appropriately qualified professional or the relevant emergency or crisis-support services.

Simgology does not assess mental capacity. By purchasing a service, you confirm that you are entering into this agreement voluntarily and are legally able to enter into the contract.

18. Amendments Clause

Simgology reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updated Terms will apply prospectively and will not alter the terms applicable to purchases already completed, unless required by law or expressly agreed with the client.

The client acknowledges that they have not relied upon any representation or promise other than the applicable service description, these Terms, the policies incorporated into them, or information expressly agreed in writing.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable service description, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any information expressly agreed in writing, constitute the agreement between the client and Simgology.

No informal communication will amend these Terms unless the change is expressly agreed in writing.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or affects the client’s statutory consumer rights.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
