Send details: full names, birth dates, times, and places (for both people in relationship readings). Plus 1–3 focus questions. If you are not sure about your birth time for an astrology service, retrification may be needed before the actual live sessions or report preparation. Receive your report and voice note via WhatsApp within 3-5 working days after payment, or attend the live session you scheduled. You may send up to 2 follow-up questions if needed for a report-based consultation.

Can I reschedule/cancel? Report-related services are non-refundable once work begins, since bespoke work starts quickly. Live session policy is different. Note that Live sessions aren’t recorded – you can only take notes and a voice record.
Rush options are available with extra cost when my schedule allows.
The invoice is due upon receipt and no later than 24h before the session.

< 24h – Cancel: 50% retained
