This policy applies to all services purchased through the Simgology website.
Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Due to the personalised and digital nature of astrology, numerology, tarot, and consultation services, the following refund terms apply:
1. No Refunds After Work Has Begun
All services are personalised digital services.
Once preparation or analysis has commenced, performance of the service is deemed to have begun. Preparation may include chart calculation, research, drafting, scheduling, or any analysis related to your order.
By completing your purchase, you provide explicit consent for the service to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once performance has begun.
2. Completed Services
No refunds are issued for:
- Completed written reports
- Completed live consultations
- Delivered audio recordings
Refunds are not granted due to dissatisfaction with interpretive content. Interpretive services are subjective and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
3. Live Session Policy
Live sessions require advance scheduling and payment.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
- Sessions missed without notice are forfeited and non-refundable.
- One reschedule is permitted per booking. Additional changes may be declined at Simgology’s discretion.
Late arrivals more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened session.
4. Cancellation by Simgology
If a session is cancelled by Simgology, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered.
5. Technical Issues
If a session is interrupted due to technical issues beyond reasonable control, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule.
Any refund-related concerns must be submitted in writing to haksalsimge@gmail.com within 7 days of the scheduled session (where applicable). Submission of a request does not constitute an acceptance of liability or a guarantee of approval for a refund.
This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of Simgology. Simgology reserves the right to refuse refund requests where services have been substantially performed or completed.
