Simgology – Astrology & Divination Services

1. Nature of Services

All astrology, tarot, numerology, and related services provided by Simgology are personalised interpretative services.

These services are provided for:

personal insight
self-reflection
educational and spiritual exploration

They are not:

medical advice
psychological or therapeutic treatment
legal advice
financial or investment advice
business advice
diagnostic services

Nothing provided during a consultation or written report should be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice from a qualified medical, legal, financial, or licensed professional.

Services are provided for interpretative and personal development purposes and should not be relied upon as factual statements or guarantees of future events.

If you require professional support, you must seek a licensed practitioner.

2. Entertainment & Interpretative Disclaimer

In accordance with UK law, astrology and divination services are not regulated professions and are provided as interpretative guidance.

All insights are subjective interpretations based on symbolic systems and are not statements of fact.

Simgology does not guarantee outcomes, predictions, or future events.

3. Client Responsibility

By purchasing a service, you confirm that:

You are 18 years or older.
You understand that all decisions you make after a consultation are solely your responsibility.
You will not rely on the service as the sole basis for life decisions.
You understand that no outcome is guaranteed.

Simgology accepts no liability for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from a consultation.

4. Prohibited Topics & Ethical Boundaries

Simgology reserves the right to refuse or terminate a service if:

A client seeks advice intended to harm another person.
A client requests medical, legal, financial, or investment instructions.
A client requests guaranteed predictions.
A client is in a vulnerable mental or emotional state requiring professional support.

Simgology does not provide:

Specific medical instructions (e.g., “have surgery”, “stop medication”).
Specific financial directives (e.g., “buy/sell investments”).
Legal instruction.
Advice encouraging harm to self or others.

5. Digital Service & 14-Day Cancellation Waiver

All services are personalised digital services.

All services are personalised digital services supplied in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

By completing a purchase, you:

Explicitly request immediate performance of the service
Provide express consent for work to begin without delay
Acknowledge that once performance has begun, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel

For the purposes of these Terms, performance is deemed to have begun once any of the following occurs:

Chart calculation
Research or preparation
Drafting or structuring analysis
Scheduling of a consultation
Any analytical or interpretative work related to your order

Once performance has begun, cancellation rights no longer apply.

6. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before:

Written reports are prepared.
Live consultations are scheduled.
Any work begins.

Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

7. No Refund Policy

Due to the personalised and digital nature of astrology and tarot services:

All sales are final once performance of the service has commenced, as defined in Section 5 of these Terms.
No refunds are issued for completed written reports, completed live sessions, or any service where performance has commenced.
Missed live sessions without at least 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to attend without notice may result in the session being forfeited.

Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction, disagreement with the interpretive analysis, or a lack of perceived resonance with the content provided.

Astrology, tarot, and numerology services are interpretative in nature, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after performance has commenced, Simgology reserves the right to rely upon the client’s explicit consent to immediate performance and waiver of cancellation rights under Section 5 and to provide evidence of service commencement to the payment processor.

Submission of a refund request does not constitute an acceptance of liability or an agreement to issue a refund. Any goodwill refund offered shall be entirely at Simgology’s discretion and does not establish any ongoing obligation.

8. Delivery

Written reports are delivered within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase.

Delays caused by incomplete birth data or client delay are not the responsibility of Simgology.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal data provided (including birth data) is:

Treated as confidential
Used solely for the purpose of delivering the purchased service
Not shared with third parties

Client data is stored securely in accordance with UK data protection principles.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the birth data they provide is accurate.

Simgology processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Simgology shall not be liable for:

Direct or indirect losses
Emotional distress
Business losses
Financial losses
Relationship outcomes
Life decisions made following a consultation

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the service.

By using these services, you agree not to bring claims against Simgology in relation to interpretative guidance provided in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Intellectual Property

All written reports, recordings, and materials remain the intellectual property of Simgology.

Clients may not:

Reproduce
Distribute
Publish
Sell
Share publicly

without written permission.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Simgology reserves the right to refuse service for requests involving harm to others, illegal activities, or topics requiring professional medical, legal, or financial intervention.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

14. No Warranties

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Simgology makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the information provided.

15. Force Majeure

Simgology shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, technical failures, internet disruptions, illness, or unforeseen events.

16. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated for services already delivered, Simgology reserves the right to:

Provide evidence of service delivery to the payment processor
Recover associated administrative and dispute fees
Pursue recovery of unpaid fees through lawful means

Clients agree to contact Simgology directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

17. Recording Policy – Live Sessions

Live consultations may not be video-recorded, screen-recorded, or otherwise visually captured in any form without prior written consent from Simgology.

Clients may make an audio recording of their session for personal use only.

Audio recordings:

Must not be edited, reproduced, shared, published, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.
Must remain private and for personal reference only.

Any unauthorised distribution, public sharing, or commercial use of session content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Simgology reserves the right to terminate a session immediately if an unauthorised recording is detected.

Simgology may record sessions for internal quality or security purposes where necessary, with prior notice to the client.

18. Emotional & Psychological Disclaimer

Simgology does not provide psychological assessment, crisis intervention, or mental health services.

If you are experiencing emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, or a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

Simgology does not assess mental capacity and assumes that all clients entering services do so voluntarily and with full legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Simgology does not provide emergency support. Clients experiencing a crisis should contact the appropriate professional or emergency services immediately.

19. Amendments Clause

Simgology reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on the website with a revised effective date.

The client acknowledges that they have not relied upon any representation, statement, or promise not expressly set out in these Terms.

20. Indemnity

By purchasing a service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simgology from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your interpretation of the information provided
Any actions or decisions you take following a consultation
Any misuse or unauthorised distribution of materials

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Simgology and supersede any prior discussions, communications, or representations.

No verbal statements or informal communications shall override these written Terms.

22. Technical Issues

Simgology is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet failure, platform outages, or technical issues beyond reasonable control.

If a live session is disrupted due to technical failure, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

24. Assignment

Simgology may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity. Clients may not assign their rights without written consent.
